Our initial contact consists of a discussion/meeting to understand how we can contribute to your plans, given your company’s context and challenges. We listen to you at the level required to gain an impartial and broad understanding of the issues and objectives within your organisation.

The second stage could be the co-creation of a strategic plan in-line with your organisation’s aims and objectives. We focus on your most pressing ‘red issues’, keeping in mind the full picture and allowing space for the integration of fresh ideas. At this stage, we can also set out parameters for measurement of agreed milestones.

We use proven methods and our own experience to expand vision in a kaleidoscopic manner, looking at issues from different angles, each with their own potential merit. This way tends to facilitate advancement, fosters attitudes of genuine openness and curiosity, supports deep reflection and inquiry whilst tapping into deeply held individual and collective aspirations.

We further address highly complex challenges using facilitation processes for producing breakthroughs. The processes involve a fresh approach to co-creation and allow individuals to pay attention to, and learn from emerging realities or opportunities. The processes comprise of three major stages: observing the current reality (sensing); retreating and reflecting to allow an ‘inner knowing’ to emerge (presencing); and acting swiftly in order to bring forth a new reality (realising).
